As with all eight areas, there is much to be said. Here is share what to do while eating.
In "Flip the Switch" author Robert K. Cooper states we should "Set our meal to music" and refers to something Maria Simonson, a Ph. D at Johns Hopkins University Medical states, "Rock-and rollers practically inhale food". Now, you tell me, does that sound like "enjoyment" to you?
Enjoyment of food (in my book) equates to not only "taste" in the initial intake of it, but also the results such as good health in all its equivalents.
This is good insight but my real point here is to say that whatever your environment is at the time of eating effects your results; and further, effecting your "law of attraction". It is not just the music you listen to, but many other elements which you are "taking in" along with the food!
At all times we should be aware of what is "going in" all of our five senses but eating (and eating time) is most important because we are directly taking in "food".
First, think of what it is that you desire. Refer to your goals and things you've written on your "to have" and "to do" list. Now, read your list, think about achieving your goals and wants while you are eating. Listen to soothing music too if you want.
You may also want to look at your "Dream book" or "Dream board" which depicts things, events and goals that you want.
Here is something which I love to do. While eating, I take the time to watch a "luxury" type of video, or a video the thing I am reaching for. Following is a link of a video about yachts and toys of the billionaires. HINT: You may choose to turn off the volume and simply watch the video without sound.
