I know what you are thinking, what kind of color is "lemon"? Who says, “That’s a nice lemon outfit you are wearing”. Well, perhaps you should; think of the conversation you could have!

Let’s check out Wikipedia about the color Lemon first and see if we can find clues as to just how much fun you can have and just how you can be innovative in your thinking.

Lemon or lemon-color is a pale yellow color, the color of the lemon fruit.
The first recorded use of lemon as a color name in English was in 1598.

When you chose this color (and you did so by choosing this OPTION #; make no mistake about this) now you have to “live with it!” Well, it’s not like getting a car that’s a lemon; or is it? the Universe is telling you that you indeed have what it takes to be innovative and now you need to use innovation in all that you do; especially today. You may be a reader who uses innovation in what you do regularly and if that’s the case, please pay more attention to this today. Should you “cancel” work today and “build the next best mousetrap”? Maybe so. Should you be more aware of your own innovative qualities and that in others? Definitely!

As always, I suggest that you do your own research on your color and jot down notes in your Color Journal and/or note card with the same colored pencil and continue writing things as they are revealed through your day. Be aware of this color and the creativity displayed of all things and the people around you and when possible, compliment those who display creativity (which really is everyone).  Maybe use hashtags and count how many times you’ve seen either the color or someone wearing lemon today. Perhaps you could record the responses to your comment about “what a nice lemon outfit you have”. To increase your “innovative” efforts, maybe purchase a bright yellow notebook and brainstorm of inventions, song lyrics, improved ways of doing things and review it just before going to sleep. Be sure to have it by your bed to record inspirations which come to you during the night or just after waking!
